If you lose the real estate license, you can publish it in the newspaper first, and bring the original ID card, house purchase contract and real estate license to the local tax department to make up the ticket, or let the local tax department copy a stub and affix the official seal.
After the deed tax is lost, you can go to the local tax department to reissue it. First, the local tax department fills in the Report of Loss Reporting, then, with the consent of the competent tax office, it publishes the Report in the newspaper to declare it invalid, and finally, the newspaper and related purchase materials will reissue it.
