It is understood and agreed by both parties that the purpose of this agreement and contract is to confirm that each undersigned hereby agrees that they will not make any contact or deal with any bank or lending institution, trust company, company, company or individual, lender or borrower on the above transaction code or participate in any transaction in any other way without the specific consent of the introductory signatory and/or signatory.
With the consent of both parties, this contract has reached the following agreement: without the explicit consent of the signatory, neither party of this contract shall use the above transaction code to engage in any BG-related activities with any bank or lending institution, trust institution, enterprise, individual, borrower or lender introduced by the other party.
