Why is the house in Guiyang's landscape and Qiancheng cheap?

Guiyang, referred to as "Bamboo" for short, also known as Lincheng and Zhucheng, is a prefecture-level city and the provincial capital of Guizhou Province, and one of the important central cities in southwest China identified by the State Council.
