Wuhu Vocational and Technical College, located in Wuhu City, Anhui Province, is a full-time ordinary higher vocational school organized by Wuhu Municipal People's Government. It is the first batch of national demonstration higher vocational colleges in Anhui Province, and it is an excellent institution for evaluating the talent training level of higher vocational colleges in China. It is also the second batch of demonstration schools to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education and the first batch of modern apprenticeship pilot units in China.
The experimental school of educational informatization of the Ministry of Education, the construction unit of local skilled high-level universities in Anhui Province, the experimental colleges of the "four-year consistent system" technical and skilled undergraduate talent training mode reform in Anhui Province, and the second batch of "three-round education" comprehensive reform pilot colleges in Anhui Province.
The school was founded in 1983, formerly known as Wuhu Envy Union University. /kloc-0 changed its name to Wuhu Vocational and Technical College in May, 1997. In August 2000, Wuhu Agricultural School was merged into the school. 20 12 in may, the school merged with Wuhu information vocational and technical college to form a new Wuhu vocational and technical college. In 2022, Wuhu Normal School and the secondary vocational school affiliated to Wuhu Vocational and Technical College merged into the school to form the Vocational and Technical Teachers College.
