Job responsibilities:
1. According to the new and old resources of the intended customers provided by the company, make outgoing calls, complete the invitation visit task and performance indicators.
2. Ensure the quality of telephone consultation invitation and the number of outgoing calls, and ensure the number of visits.
3. Remind customers to pay a return visit and follow-up service in time.
4. Make relevant data records and customer analysis, and deliver feedback information in time.
5. Cooperate with all departments for outbound conversion and large-scale activities.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, regardless of major.
2. Working experience in telephone customer service or consulting position is preferred.
3. Sweet voice, standard Mandarin, strong affinity and strong self-motivation.
4. Strong communication and expression skills, strong pressure resistance, and skilled use of office software.
