1. The applicant shall go to the subdistrict office or the township people's government where the household registration is located, consult and receive the Nanning Public Rental Security Application Form and other relevant forms and materials, and prepare relevant materials as required. 2. Applicants should apply to neighborhood offices and township people's governments with relevant materials during the acceptance period (low-income families with housing difficulties are not limited by the acceptance period) (household registration can be submitted to the domicile or residence, and non-local household registration can be submitted to the residence). Newly-employed college graduates and migrant workers can also apply to neighborhood offices and township people's governments where their units are located, and provide identification materials of employers. Applicants should fill in the form and submit relevant materials as required. 3. Sub-district offices, Township People's government staff accept the materials and issue a notice of acceptance, and conduct a preliminary examination in accordance with the provisions. Those who pass the preliminary examination will be publicized for 5 days in the applicant's unit or residence community. After receiving the materials, the urban housing security department will submit the application materials to the urban civil affairs department for social situation, family income and property check. After checking by the urban civil affairs department, put forward checking opinions and send the materials back to the urban housing security department for review. Those who pass the examination will hand over the materials to the municipal housing security department. If the re-inspection is unqualified, notify the applicant in writing and explain the reasons. If the municipal housing security department decides whether to approve the examination and approval within 15 working days, the applicant's information will be publicized on the government information network of the department for 5 days.
