Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, this agreement directly refers to the terms of noun interpretation agreed in the User Registration Agreement and the Yu Dou Agreement as the way to interpret the specified nouns.
1.2 The betting platform recommends that you read all the contents of this agreement carefully, especially the clauses in bold that have a significant relationship with your rights (including the responsibilities of the betting platform, your rights, dispute resolution methods and jurisdiction, etc.). Please pay attention to the key reading.
If you think that the bold terms in this agreement may damage some or all of your rights and interests, please read it carefully again and continue to use the Betta Diamond Fan Service on the premise that you have understood and accepted the bold terms. If you are a minor mentioned in Article 17 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the gaming platform has the right to refuse to provide services to users, and the underage users who meet the above standards promise to voluntarily give up the right to request the services involved in this agreement from the gaming platform until the users come of age.
1.3 The betting platform will continuously improve the service quality and modify the terms of service according to the development of the Internet and the changes of relevant laws and regulations in People's Republic of China (PRC). The betting platform has the right to change the contents of this agreement. Once the contents of this agreement are changed, the gaming platform will inform you on the corresponding page, in-station letter or other reasonable ways. Please pay attention.
The expression of your rights and obligations, purchase procedures and charging standards are subject to the latest terms of service. If you don't agree to the modification of this clause, it will not affect the responsibilities and obligations that have already occurred; If you continue to use Betta Diamond Fan Service after the terms are changed, it will be deemed that you have accepted the modification of this agreement.
1.4 When you click "Confirm Agreement and Pay" or "Confirm Payment" or pay directly in other forms, it means that you have carefully read and fully accepted all terms and conditions under this agreement. You can only use this service after you confirm that you are willing to pay the relevant fees according to the prompts and pay the fees in one of the ways agreed in Article 3. 1 of this agreement. If you refuse to pay these fees, you can't use the related services.
1.5 Once you purchase the diamond fan opening service provided by the gambling platform, you will be regarded as a natural person with full capacity for civil rights, full capacity for civil conduct and independent capacity for civil liability as stipulated by the laws of People's Republic of China (PRC), and you understand and fully agree with the contents of this agreement.
Second, the service description

The betting platform would like to remind you that before starting the diamond fan service (including the continuous monthly service), please carefully check the account information, the service content/price/service period purchased, whether to start the continuous monthly service and other information. Losses caused by your own reasons (including but not limited to wrong account number, wrong payment account number, improper operation, etc.). ) be borne by yourself.
The user understands and agrees that the diamond fan service provided by this agreement is bound to the designated live broadcast room. If the anchor in this live broadcast room cannot normally use the betta platform to provide live broadcast services (including but not limited to the anchor's violation of laws and regulations, rules and agreements of betta platform, etc.). ), its live broadcast room will be restricted or banned.
Or the anchor actively stops using the live broadcast room. ), so that users cannot enter the live broadcast or enjoy the value-added services under this agreement, it is not a breach of the fighting platform, and the fighting platform does not need to provide any compensation or compensation to users.
2.2 diamond fan service rules: refers to agreements, announcements, page descriptions, notices, FAQs and other contents related to diamond fan service that have been or will be released irregularly by Betta Platform in the future. All value-added services related to diamond fans (including but not limited to "identification", "privilege" and "special effects animation") are subject to the rights, rules and validity period specified in your purchase link page and playing instructions. Please pay attention.
The gambling platform has the right to change all or part of its rights and interests based on its own business development needs. Please check the latest rights and interests of diamond fans through the betting platform to better protect your rights and interests.
2.3 Betta Diamond Fan Service Opening Agreement is a supplementary agreement to the Betta Platform Rules, which is an integral part of the Betta Platform Rules and has the same legal effect as the Betta Platform Rules.
Third, the charging methods and standards
3. 1 Betta diamond fan service is a fee-based service. You can pay for the services involved in this agreement through the payment methods actually supported by Betting Platform, such as Alipay payment, WeChat payment, Apple payment and other third-party payment channels, or use shark fin (which does not support aristocratic shark fin) for exchange.
3.2 The channel providers corresponding to different payment methods can set payment procedure fees according to their standards (which can be prompted on the payment operation page or other channel pages) and charge them when users pay. The gaming platform would like to remind you: Please pay attention to the service fees of various payment methods, and choose the payment method according to your own needs. All disputes caused by third-party payment will not be borne by the gaming platform.
3.3 The charging method and standard of diamond fan service (including continuous monthly subscription) shall be determined independently after comprehensive consideration of the operating cost and strategy of betta platform, and will be shown to you on the related product service promotion and payment page; If the related charging method changes during your purchase and renewal, the charging method actually supported by Betting Platform shall prevail.
If the price of related services is adjusted (including but not limited to promotion and price increase), the current effective price announced by the gaming platform shall prevail (unless otherwise agreed between the gaming platform and you). If you choose to purchase or renew the diamond fan service after the change, it is deemed that you understand and agree with the changed charging method and standard.
3.4 The user must be the account holder of the bound payment account, be able to use the account legally and effectively, and not infringe upon the rights and interests of any third party. Otherwise, if the actual owner of the payment account is lost, the user shall be responsible for solving the disputes arising therefrom and bear all legal responsibilities.

4. 1 During the period of using the Betta Diamond Fan Service, you shall not commit the following acts:

(7)? Displaying all or part of the service contents of diamond fans in any public place for a fee or free without the explicit authorization of the gambling platform (unless your above behavior does not constitute infringement);
(8)? Other acts that violate this Agreement, rules, laws, regulations or regulatory policies of the gaming platform, or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties or gaming platforms.
4.2 You know and agree that if you exist or this platform thinks that you have any behavior that violates national laws, regulations or regulatory policies, violates this agreement or the rules of this platform, and damages the reputation and interests of this platform and/or its related parties, this platform has the right to take one or more of the following measures at its own discretion:
( 1)? If there is a separate clause in this agreement to deal with this behavior, it shall be handled in accordance with this clause;
(2)? Without informing you, take one or more measures to stop your behavior and its consequences, such as warning, temporarily or permanently prohibiting login/restriction/prohibition/deletion of your account and the right to use your account;
(3)? Interrupt or terminate part or all of the diamond fan service (including giving part or all of the service) without informing you, and the service fee you have paid will not be refunded, and you will not receive any compensation/compensation;
(4)? If your actions cause any losses to the platform or its related parties, you shall be fully responsible for the losses and pay the fees within the time limit required by the platform.
4.3 The user agrees to cooperate with the verification of the betting platform. If the gambling platform finds that the user has illegally used or will illegally use the diamond fan service, the gambling platform has the right to require the user to pay the service in legal tender through legal channels and compensate other losses of the gambling platform. If the user's behavior is suspected of illegal crime, the gambling platform has the right to hand it over to the public security organ for handling.
V. Interruption and termination of services

Force majeure (force majeure refers to unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable objective conditions, such as typhoons, floods, earthquakes and other natural disasters; In view of the particularity of the Internet, the term "force majeure" as mentioned in this Agreement also includes hacker attacks, significant impact caused by technical adjustment of the telecommunications sector, temporary shutdown caused by government regulation, virus attacks and other circumstances that affect the normal operation of the Internet);
(6)? Force majeure of other fish fighting platforms.
5.2 When the above termination occurs, you and the betting platform agree on the following treatment methods:
( 1)? The generated but unused rights and interests of diamond fans are automatically cleared without discount;
(2)? If you have an ongoing transaction on the fighting platform, the fighting platform will handle it reasonably according to the situation;
(3)? Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or the platform, the service fee charged by the platform will not be refunded;
(4)? In case of termination due to your violation of this agreement, the gaming platform has the right to require you to bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract as appropriate;
(5)? Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or by the fish fighting platform, the fish fighting platform does not have to bear any responsibility for you and the third party.

6. 1 You can check the account opening records of your diamond fans at any time on the betting platform. If you have any objection to this record, you should immediately raise it with the betting platform. If there is an error after checking, the betting platform will correct it. Otherwise, you agree that the transaction record on the betta platform is the only valid basis for diamond fans to trade.
6.2 The betting platform has the right to set trading related matters from time to time, including but not limited to trading limits and trading times. Based on the consideration of transaction security. You understand that the above settings of the betting platform may cause some inconvenience to your payment transaction, and you have no objection to this.
6.3 In any case, the third party shall assume the responsibility of providing related services when you start the diamond fan service, and the gambling platform shall not assume such responsibilities.
6.4 You shall be responsible for any loss or responsibility caused by the failure of the betting platform to provide diamond fan service or any mistake in providing diamond fan service due to your own reasons, and the betting platform shall not bear any responsibility, including but not limited to:
(1) You fail to follow this agreement or any rules published by the betting platform from time to time;
(2) Because your Betta account is invalid, lost, blocked, restricted, etc. ;
(3) Losses or liabilities caused by the account of the third-party payment institution to which you are bound, including that you use an unauthenticated third-party payment account or use a third-party payment account other than yourself, and your third-party payment account is frozen or sealed up;
(4) Property losses caused by telling others your password;
(5) Property losses caused by your personal intention or gross negligence.

8. 1 The entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of People's Republic of China (PRC). If this Agreement is partially invalid due to conflict with the existing laws in People's Republic of China (PRC), the validity of other parts of this Agreement will not be affected.
8.2 In case of any dispute over the signing and performance of this Agreement, both parties shall try their best to settle it through friendly negotiation; If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the people's court of Wuhan East Lake New Technology Development Zone.
8.3 The title of this Agreement is only for convenience of reading and does not affect the meaning or interpretation of any clause in the text.
