Books on management:
(1) Frederick Winslow Taylor, Basic Principles of Scientific Management, published by 19 1 1, reprinted by NuVision Press in 2007. This booklet helps you understand the early stage of management research from a purely historical perspective. Very interesting reading.
(2) peter drucker, Management, published by 19973 and reprinted by Harper Collins Publishing Group in 2008. Through this book, you can know why Drucker's opinions are enduring. It's very thick, over 500 pages, and it's not easy to read, but you can find the sources of "new" ideas and "new" discoveries of many later management masters.
(3) Warren bennis's How to Become a Leader, published by 1989, revised and reprinted by American Basic Bookstore in 2003. Behnes was one of the earliest scholars who studied leadership, and he is still one of the best researchers and writers.
(4) Paul osterman, The Truth of Middle Management, Harvard Business School Press, 2009. Osterman believes that his business research colleagues only pay attention to the challenges faced by the CEO of large companies, and these people actually only account for a very small part of the management group. In this regard, he gives his own opinion in this book-studying middle managers.
(5) Scott Adams, Random Management: Dilbert Comics, Andrew Macmillan Publishing Company, 2000. Dilbert series is a must-read for all managers. It tells you in an interesting way what the management taboo is as a manager.
