According to national regulations, the monthly working time is 2 1.75 days (365-52 * 2)/12 = 21.75.
Daily wage = monthly wage /2 1.75 (assuming no performance and no commission)
Overtime pay = daily pay /8* 1.5*n hours (overtime normal working days extend working hours)
Overtime = daily wage *2 *n days (overtime is a rest day to continue working)
If there is no legal holiday in August, it doesn't count.
Total salary = monthly salary+overtime pay+subsidy+allowance+bonus.
