When the project is settled, there is no agreement in the contract that the settlement price shall be based on the information price of which period.

Settlement shall be made in accordance with the actual cost guidelines for the same period. If there are provisions in the law and there are no special agreements, the interpretation shall be in accordance with the standard contract. If the contract signed with you is generally in accordance with the "Building Law" (see the First-Class Architect Law for details), the settlement shall be made according to the material price 58 days before the settlement.
