The construction of personal space for teachers and students has effectively promoted the informationization of school education, promoted the reform of teaching mode and talent training mode, and effectively promoted the promotion and connotation development of school education and teaching.
First, make every effort to ensure space construction.
1. Increase manpower input. The school made great efforts to introduce computer teachers. At present, there are 52 computer teachers, accounting for one-sixth of the whole school. The school transferred 6 computer teachers to form an information center, which is responsible for the configuration, guidance, management and evaluation of space construction equipment and facilities. School space construction implements "hierarchical management, and the responsibility lies with people". All school-level leaders are assigned to all departments, and all secondary backbone professional groups, teaching and research groups, administrative cadres and grade leaders, professional leaders and teaching and research leaders guide and manage the personal space construction of all members of all departments under this group. We also assigned all computer teachers to various professional groups, teaching and research groups, grade groups and classes to provide technical guidance for the personal space construction of teachers and students, forming a good atmosphere for everyone to participate in space construction.
2. Increase investment in training. Our school adopts the way of "going out, please come in" to strengthen training. 3. Increase investment in equipment. Second, make full use of space to serve education and teaching.
1. Use space to promote teaching informatization. Our school regards "enhancing classroom attraction by using information-based teaching" as a scientific research topic and vigorously promotes teaching reform. Make full use of space resources, combined with the characteristics of students, carry out online teaching plans, conduct online teaching in the teacher-student space, assign homework online, students study online, hand in homework (works) online, and teachers give students "face-to-face" counseling online. Conduct online training, conduct real-life video teaching through the virtual simulation training room, and conduct online new technology training for employees and students of cooperative enterprises. Online communication between teachers and students and enterprise experts is not limited by time and space, and enterprise modular teaching videos are widely used in classrooms. The opening rate of key professional teaching reached 10%, and the opening rate of other professional courses, cultural courses, moral education courses and lecture training reached 5%. 3. Use space to promote the informationization of moral education. Class teachers, moral tutors and students in each class establish space groups, communicate with teachers and students, release class information in time, show class elegance and learning achievements, and strengthen communication between schools and families. School moral education teachers update articles and cases of psychological consultation in time, carry out online dialogue between teachers and students, and pay attention to students' psychological problems and psychological debugging. Encourage students to communicate through space and ask questions or talk to moral education instructors about various problems encountered in life or study. Teachers classify students' messages, carefully sum up the problems reflected by students in their messages, discover the dynamic laws of students' psychology, understand the overall situation of students more deeply, and form the first-hand information of moral education.
Third, establish and improve the long-term mechanism of space construction.
1. Improve the operation mechanism. Our school has set up a leading group for information construction, with the principal as the leader, the vice president in charge of teaching and moral education as the deputy leader, and the directors of various offices and professional leaders as members. The school has formulated relevant systems such as "Promoting the Spatial Construction Plan of Lixian Vocational Secondary School", "Detailed Rules for the Management of Informatization Teaching in Lixian Vocational Secondary School" and "Detailed Rules for the Evaluation of Informatization Teaching in Lixian Vocational Secondary School" to ensure the effective promotion of informatization construction.
