Application material
To apply for talent introduction and settlement, you need to prepare the original and photocopy of your ID card, fill in the Application Form for Talent Introduction (Annex 1), the original and photocopy of relevant certificates (the returned overseas students also need to provide the certificate of academic degree certification issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education), the certificate of no room (for applying for talent collective households in cities and districts) and the lease contract or other residence certificates (for talent collective households in districts).
Audit process
After being audited by the municipal and district talent service centers, the "Adjustment Letter of Qingdao Talent Introduction and Settlement" and the "Registration Form of Talent Introduction" are issued (Annex 2). In line with the conditions of the collective account of talents who have settled down, it is necessary to sign the "Qingdao Collective Account Management Agreement" (Annex 3).
File transfer
With the "Qingdao talent introduction and settlement transfer letter", go through the file transfer formalities at the current file location. City or district talent service center is responsible for the audit management files, after the completion of the audit, the list of quasi-retained personnel will be sent to the public security department.
settle down
After receiving the notice of permission to settle down, please bring the Talent Introduction Registration Form, residence booklet, ID card, proof of legal fixed residence (with legal fixed residence) or proof of no house (collective household) issued by the housing management department of this Municipality, and go through the formalities of relocation and settlement at the public security department where the account is located.
