Relatives' ashes (buried in Guangzhou Crematorium Management Office, Xintang Overseas Chinese Cemetery, and China Permanent Cemetery) can also be booked directly through the "Online Booking Sacrifice" column of Guangzhou Funeral Service Center or the official account of WeChat following "Galaxy Garden" into the "Online Booking Sacrifice" column of online service hall. Instructions for using the reservation system are as follows:
1. People can make an appointment for two of the ashes number/cemetery number, the name of the deceased and the building number.
2. Each altar can keep up to 2 copies of ashes, and each altar can worship up to 5 people. There is no parking space in the city crematorium. Please take public transportation.
3. One copy of the ashes (only one worship can be reserved on the day of the tomb). If the reservation is successful and cannot be made for some reason, the person who made the reservation can cancel the reservation online through the personal center of the reservation platform before the worship. Other rules shall be implemented with reference to the unified guidelines of the whole city.
