3000-word internship report (computer major).

The summer vacation is over, and my internship in China Computer News (hereinafter referred to as China Computer News) has also come to a perfect end. For the first time, I feel that the summer vacation has passed so quickly, and it is also the first time that I feel that the summer vacation has passed so fully. I am used to getting up at 7 o'clock in the morning, and I am no longer lazy because of holidays. I don't think my pace has accelerated. Slowly, I have begun to like this nine-to-five job. Before the summer vacation, I plan to take the postgraduate entrance examination. At that time, I was worried that it would be difficult for me to adapt to society, and I felt that I needed to recharge my batteries at school. After the internship, my life plan began to change greatly, and now I feel that I hope to integrate into society as soon as possible.

I will talk about my feelings of internship in a newspaper in several parts. Because I feel too much, I may feel a little disorganized, but it's really my true feeling.

2, how to enter the newspaper internship.

In fact, I don't have much experience in how to find internship opportunities, especially in some famous enterprises. Because for me, before I entered the internship, I had already started to get in touch with them a lot, almost an old acquaintance. As the outreach minister of the University Student Union, I promoted the "Digital IT Day" jointly organized by the Student Union and China Daily. A series of large-scale campus activities such as "caravan trip to colleges and universities" have achieved good results and achieved win-win results. The marketing manager of China Mobile Newspaper is very satisfied with my organizational ability and will praise me after every activity. I joked with him that since I am so excellent, I will work in your department after graduation. He also said with a smile, I certainly welcome you to come, so the application for summer internship in China Mobile Newspaper went smoothly, and the department I joined was the marketing department.

As for the work of the marketing department, I will also briefly introduce it. The marketing department is a bridge between newspapers, readers and customers. For readers, we should do a good job in market forecasting and reader feedback; In the aspect of distribution, it is necessary to give the distribution company a perfect distribution plan and supervise the quality of distribution work by a special distribution company. On the customer side, we provide customers with the latest industry information, and use the advantages of our own media to provide customers with some publicity plans and programs, and use websites, newspapers and other media to provide strong support for the company. In fact, the last aspect is very similar to what I did in the student union. Every time the student union holds a large-scale campus activity, it hopes to get the support of companies and enterprises in society. The important work of the International Liaison Department is to make a detailed activity plan. Describe the benefits that the enterprise can get in the activity and prove the feasibility of the activity with detailed data. The two sides cooperate to expand the influence of enterprises on the university campus, which is a long-term friendly partner between enterprises and students, and students can also improve themselves in the activities. The most important thing is to get in touch with the society further and exercise your leadership, planning, organization and cooperation in the activities. I feel quite adapted. Although I am tired, I feel very fulfilled.

3. In the life of a newspaper

When I entered the newspaper office, the marketing manager asked a colleague to take me, which is a common way to take the old with the new (the colleague who took me is only a few years older than me, let's call it a master for the time being, hehe! ). Understand the culture of CCID Group and the operation mode of China Mobile Newspaper Department. In fact, I basically learned these things in advance on the portal website of China Mobile Newspaper before my internship. But now, if Master said it, it would feel different, because it is so close to me now. Then I will enter a formal internship. ...

Because the internship time is long and there are many things to do, it is best to choose the one that you feel deeply.

In the first week, CIMB held the "2004 Software High-level Seminar" in China World Hotel. The level of the conference is relatively high, and we specially invited martin tyler, general manager of Microsoft's global strategy, to give a speech. Before the conference, all colleagues in the department began to invite customers (including government departments, industry users, system integrators, etc. The manager gave me a list of clients and asked me to invite some of them. Take a closer look at my client list. General manager or department manager of Lenovo, Founder of Peking University, Tongfang of Tsinghua, Southern Hi-Tech, etc. Many of these customers are my idols, and I'm really nervous to call them myself now. The manager told me the main points of several meetings: strong government support, high level of meetings, and providing cooperation platforms for various customers. Finally, when he saw that I was nervous, he told me not to worry, because these customers always wanted what they wanted, as the media.

On the day of the meeting, I sat in the first row as a recorder, surrounded by IT professionals, such as BenQ, and several company managers of Golden Disc, all of whom were very young and admired from the bottom of my heart. Because there were some big contradictions between Microsoft and China government before, even Microsoft made an embargo. However, both sides took a step back later. So martin tyler accepted the invitation to speak in China, hoping to do some public relations work. Martin tyler has worked in Microsoft for more than ten years, and his height is over 1.9 meters. It is hard to imagine that his image will play a role in it. His English is very standard, but my records still can't keep pace. Fortunately, I brought a recording MP3, so I recorded the whole process and arranged it slowly after the meeting.

At the end of the meeting, some company managers came to exchange business cards with me. They misunderstood me as the leader of a cattle company-after all, I was sitting in the front row. I quickly shirked that I was a staff member. Although I also brought the business card of the student union, this time it is on behalf of the recruits, it is better not to take it out, but I am still very proud.

After the noon meeting, I ate a buffet at China Hotel. Actually, it was my first time to eat in a five-star hotel, so I was still a little stiff. However, my colleagues are very experienced. When I was eating, I compared the cooking level of various hotels, saying that buffet is better than garden hotel, and there will be many opportunities to go to various hotels to taste during my internship. I am very excited. Although I said I wanted to lose weight, I still ate a big meal, so I saved a meal in the evening. I remember eating it only once.

In the summary stage of the first half of 2004, I received a task to make a workload statistics of colleagues in various departments. Fortunately, I learned some statistics myself, and it took me almost a week to make a relatively complete work statistics chart. The specific contents include the statistical chart of journalists' news release, the trend chart of news release and a ratio chart; Account manager's quarterly quota, completion chart and trend chart; Distribution statistics and trend chart of marketing department; The manuscript scale of the editorial department, etc. After the first draft is completed, all colleagues check it and submit it to the head office. These statistics will be used as a guide for the company's future plans, and will also become an important standard for the bonus distribution of colleagues. Therefore, when I do statistics myself, I will repeatedly check every data two or three times to minimize the error.

The new semester is about to begin. Our newspaper has completed the "Autumn Campus Tour" in colleges and universities all over the country, and the plan of attracting investment has begun to be carried out step by step as planned. It used to be a school organization, but now it is a direct and in-depth understanding of the activity process of the event organizers, how to attract investment, and how to use their own media advantages to hold large-scale national events. This is for me who is engaged in outreach work in the student union. It is also a great inspiration. The campus trip was originally planned to be held in CUHK, and I strongly recommend Sun Yat-sen University. Unfortunately, I asked the school management that the 80th anniversary of CUHK was celebrated in June, 165438+ 10, which coincided with the report of the China State Planning Commission on the campus trip, so I also felt sorry.

I feel good about my job in the newspaper, but I'm a little breathless when I'm busy. However, after every busy time, the manager will reward my colleagues, which is also an emotional investment. When I was an intern, there were three group activities in our department: barbecue, badminton and bowling. Then, at the end of August, the summer promotion craze of various businesses came to an end, and I was tired for a summer vacation.

5. Internship experience:

The relationship between colleagues in the whole department is relatively harmonious. At least in my opinion, everyone is really working hard and a lot of information is shared with colleagues. Although I am only an intern, my classmates also treat me as a regular employee. Every time I go out to meet customers, they will introduce me as a new colleague of China National Bureau of Statistics, and everyone will talk about everything. After this period of internship, I have been recognized by department managers, colleagues and customers.

Happy things. In college, I was always worried that I would not be able to adapt to society because I had little contact with society. After the internship, I feel very confident. During my internship, I realized that as long as I am sincere to others, it is easier to integrate into the big family of society.
