3. To apply for Grade A qualification of architectural engineering design, Grade A qualification of engineering investigation and Grade B qualification of other industries, the administrative department of construction of the autonomous region shall sign the preliminary examination opinions. To apply for Grade B qualification of engineering survey, Grade B qualification of architectural engineering design and below, and Grade C qualification of engineering design in other industries, the administrative department of construction of the prefecture (city) shall sign the preliminary examination opinions and report them to the administrative department of construction of the autonomous region.
4. After receiving the qualified materials, the business undertaker of the Survey and Design Department of the Ministry of Construction will organize relevant experts to review the application materials (to apply for industry qualification, it is necessary to solicit opinions from relevant industry departments, bureaus and offices).
5. The Survey and Design Department of the Ministry of Construction held a meeting, and put forward preliminary examination or review opinions in combination with the expert review conclusions. 6. After the study and decision of the director's office meeting, the Grade A and Grade B qualifications of architectural engineering design and engineering investigation, and the engineering design of other industries shall be submitted to the Ministry of Construction for examination and issuance of qualification certificates, and the remaining qualifications shall be issued by the Ministry of Construction.
Three, for the time-limited construction engineering survey, engineering design qualification applications, the implementation of regular centralized acceptance. Enterprises with provisional qualifications shall apply for confirmation two months before the expiration of the validity period, and the confirmation materials shall be directly reported to the administrative department of construction of the autonomous region, and shall be accepted at any time.
