What does tax partner mean?

The tax partner is a shareholder of an enterprise, 1, and is responsible for providing daily tax-related consulting services to customers;

2, responsible for organizing and coordinating customer audit, final settlement report;

3. Be responsible for tracking and auditing the accounts of the client company and keeping abreast of the adjustment needs of the client;

4. Responsible for the management, training and assessment of the accounting team;

As a partner or shareholder of a tax agency, the following conditions shall be met:

(1) Tax agents:

1. The executive partner or legal representative shall be a tax agent;

2. It has not been subject to tax administrative punishment for tax-related professional services in the last three years;

3. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) and State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China.

(2) Technical and consulting companies engaged in tax-related professional services:

1. The establishment is initiated by the tax agent or the partner (shareholder) of the tax agent firm, and the legal representative is the tax agent;

2. It has not been subject to tax administrative punishment for tax-related professional services in the last three years;

3. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) and State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China.
