What is the responsibility of the personnel administration department?

Core functions: as the personnel management department of the company, select, allocate, develop, assess and train all kinds of talents needed by the company, formulate and implement various salary and welfare policies and organize employee performance appraisal, mobilize employees' enthusiasm and stimulate their potential, and be responsible for the company's sustainable and long-term development.

Job responsibilities:

1. System construction and management

A formulate the company's personnel administration system and workflow, and organize, coordinate and supervise the implementation of the system and workflow.
