First, the scope and object of medical insurance for urban and rural residents
People who are not covered by the basic medical insurance for employees within the administrative area of our city participate in the medical insurance for urban and rural residents. Include the following personnel:

(3) Full-time undergraduates, full-time postgraduates and students from vocational high schools, technical secondary schools and technical schools (hereinafter referred to as college students) who receive general higher education in various full-time colleges and research institutes;

2. Alipay's "Henan Tax" applet payment: Search for the "Henan Tax" applet in Alipay, log in with your real name for the first time, click "Residents' Medical Insurance Payment" and pay according to the prompts.
Payment inquiry: After payment is completed, you can return to the applet page of Henan Taxation and find "Social Security Payment Record Inquiry", where you can inquire all the self-payment records and remittance records of the Alipay account, and display the corresponding personnel, corresponding insurance types and payment success in the corresponding year (you can't enter your name and ID number again on the residents' medical insurance payment page).
3. Payment by mobile APP: Download the "Henan Tax" mobile APP, click "Payment of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents" on the home page, and pay according to the prompts.
4. The tax service hall declares payment: the payer who has registered in the medical insurance department can pay at the tax service hall and self-service tax terminal in the corresponding jurisdiction with the resident ID card. (two) has been registered for medical insurance but the insured information is wrong (one is inconsistent with the current insured information; Second, the basic information is incorrect), as well as urban and rural residents who have not registered for medical insurance.
