If it is an ordinary bulk package, the weight of snacks is marked on it.
Generally speaking, the weight of the package is not included. It will show the net content/specification, and then the weight. It will show the weight of the product and the weight of the package respectively. For example, canned products will only show the content of the product without adding the packaging weight, while potato chips will only show the specifications without showing the net content.
