Xuanhua Vocational College of Science and Technology is a higher vocational college established with the approval of Hebei Provincial People's Government in 2007. Its predecessor was Xuanhua Branch of Zhangjiakou Education College, which was formed by the merger of Xuanhua Normal School, Chaigoubao Normal School, Zhangbei Normal School and Xuanhua Vocational Education Center.
