After receiving the consultation, complaint and report, if it falls within the scope of responsibilities of this department, it shall be accepted and promptly answered, verified and handled within the statutory time limit; If it does not belong to the responsibilities of this department, it shall be handed over to the department that has the right to handle it, and the consultation, complaint and informant shall be notified in writing. The department that has the right to handle it shall handle it in time within the statutory time limit and shall not shirk it. Reward informants who report the truth. The relevant departments shall keep the information of informants confidential and protect their legitimate rights and interests. If an informer reports to his enterprise, the enterprise shall not take revenge on the informer by dissolving or changing the labor contract or by other means.
