What if the house agent doesn't refund the deposit?

Legal analysis: We can take the following measures to prevent this situation:

Some people in the intermediary company specially look at the date, do not notify within three days, and deliberately notify on the fourth day;

Better take pictures. The refrigerator should be open for half an hour. Put a bowl of water to see if it can freeze. All other electrical appliances should be checked. If something is broken, let them repair it as soon as possible. Generally, there is a one-month warranty in the contract.
