(1) Pay the rent on time, or you may face a fine of 100 yuan per day, or be expelled if you don't pay it for more than 3 days, or pay the rent in February as a fine. Some people in the intermediary company specially look at the date, do not notify within three days, and deliberately notify on the fourth day;
(2) take care of the house;
(3) Keep the contract and all receipts;
(four) due to cooperate with the delivery-but not the key;
(5) When signing the contract, carefully check the facilities in the house and clearly indicate what items are in the contract between the two parties, what brand they are, how new they are, and so on. Better take pictures. The refrigerator should be open for half an hour. Put a bowl of water to see if it can freeze. All other electrical appliances should be checked. If something is broken, let them repair it as soon as possible. Generally, there is a one-month warranty in the contract.

Article 961 An intermediary contract is a contract in which the intermediary reports to the client the opportunity to conclude a contract or provides media services for concluding a contract, and the client pays the remuneration.
Article 962 The broker shall truthfully report to the client the matters related to the conclusion of the contract.
If the broker intentionally conceals important facts related to the conclusion of the contract or provides false information, which harms the interests of the client, he shall not ask for payment of remuneration and shall be liable for compensation.
