The original name of Pepsi-Cola Company was Loft Company, 194 1 was renamed Pepsi-Cola Co., Ltd., and 1965 was renamed Pepsi-Cola Company. The company developed into a beverage company by using a drug prepared by a pharmacist in Newburn, North Carolina at 1893. In the 1960s, it began to develop in a diversified direction. 1965 merged Frito-Lay (fast food restaurant), 1970 merged Wilson Sporting Goods Company, 1973 merged Reingold Company (beverage), 1976 merged Liwei Automobile Freight Company, 1978 merged Tagobo Company (Mexico). Business projects include drinks, food, catering services, transportation and sporting goods. Drinks are mainly soft drinks and fruit juice. There are thousands of manufacturing and bottling plants at home and abroad. Sold to 148 countries and regions, with emphasis on Latin America. Among them, it accounts for about a quarter of the domestic market. Foreign countries are mainly sold to Argentina, Canada, Mexico, Venezuela, the Federal Republic of Germany and the Philippines.
