The working days from Monday to Friday are limited to 3 and 8, 4 and 9, 5 and 0, 1 and 6, 2 and 7, respectively, subject to the last Arabic number of the vehicle number plate. Restricted area, east of Daxing Street and Sheng Xing Street, west of National Highway 107, south of Airport Road and north of Jintai Road, including other road areas except National Highway 107, Jintai Road and North Ring Road.
The limit number does not include the following vehicles, buses, large and medium-sized inter-provincial and inter-city long-distance passenger vehicles, taxis, rental vehicles, special postal vehicles, vehicles with tourist bus operating licenses issued by the municipal and county transportation management departments, and commuter buses and school buses approved by the public security traffic management departments.
