For example, what kind of information should be provided for renting a house, including the geographical scope of the house, the size of the house area, whether to pay the house fee, how much to pay, and so on. If you think the terms are unclear, you have the right to ask for amendment or supplement. It is necessary to clarify the responsibilities, rights and interests of both parties. For example, in the contract, it is clear what responsibility one party should bear once it is found to be in breach of contract or fraud. Such a contract is more binding on both parties, and once a dispute occurs, it is more basis to deal with it.

The choice of intermediary depends on the brand and service. Big and small here refer to the size of the intermediary company. Generally speaking, large-scale intermediaries have many professionals, high level, rich information resources and relatively standardized intermediary behavior; Well-known housing intermediary companies have strict internal management mechanism and complete trading system, keeping promises and emphasizing contracts; For housing agencies with better services, brokers will dress for listing services when negotiating with customers; In terms of business knowledge, real estate agents also need to pass the professional broker qualification examination to be certified.
