According to the above subsidy standards, 20% subsidies will be given to the talents of the top 100 industrial enterprises in our region according to their academic qualifications and skill levels. Talents in full-time vocational colleges who are not in short supply enjoy 500 yuan/month and 36 months' settling-in allowance.
(two) Selected Graduates county and township organs engaged in construction real estate, finance and insurance, state-owned collective enterprises and targeted recruitment, in line with the conditions, can enjoy subsidies according to the following standards:
③ Newly introduced full-time undergraduates with deputy senior titles, senior technicians, full-time masters and "double-class" from other enterprises and institutions will be given a monthly settlement subsidy of 1666.66 yuan, and the subsidy period will not exceed 36 months.
