Anqing Housing Provident Fund Management Center is a county-level organizational unit directly under the municipal government, which consists of five departments: office, collection management department, credit management department, planning and finance department and audit department. The city has two sub-centers in Tongcheng and Susong, and six management departments in Huaining, Zongyang, Qianshan, Yuexi, Wangjiang and Taihu, with 95 staff.
The main responsibilities of the city management center are:
(a) the preparation and implementation of housing provident fund collection and use plan; ?
(two) record the deposit, withdrawal and use of employee housing provident fund;
(three) to examine and approve the extraction and use of housing provident fund; ?
(four) responsible for the preservation and return of housing provident fund;
(five) the preparation of housing provident fund collection and use plan implementation report;
(six) to undertake other matters decided by the housing provident fund management committee.
The responsibilities of the county (city) management department (sub-center) include:
(a) in accordance with the authorization of the municipal housing provident fund management center, do a good job in the management of housing provident fund in this area;
(two) responsible for the collection of housing provident fund within the jurisdiction;
(three) responsible for recording the deposit, withdrawal and use of housing provident fund within the jurisdiction;
(four) to examine and approve the extraction and use of housing provident fund within its jurisdiction;
(five) responsible for the examination and approval of housing provident fund loans and non-performing loans within the jurisdiction;
(six) responsible for the accounting of housing provident fund, the preparation of accounting statements, the engraving of data discs and the management of accounting files, and accept the inspection and supervision of the center;
(seven) responsible for the security of housing provident fund data and the maintenance and management of software and hardware equipment of housing provident fund management information system;
(eight) responsible for the management of fixed assets;
(nine) to handle legal proceedings involving the management of provident fund on behalf of the center and bear corresponding civil liabilities;
(ten) other matters assigned by the city center.
