When applying for notarization, natural persons, legal persons or other organizations need to bring their identity cards, notarized documents and notarized matters. If the property right relationship is involved, the relevant property right certificate shall be submitted.
The Notary Office is a certification body established in accordance with the Notary Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). It is not for profit, independently exercises the notary function and bears civil liability according to law.
According to the relevant provisions of the "Proposal on Deepening the Reform of Notarization" issued by the General Office of the State Council, the notary office should be a public welfare and non-profit enterprise legal person that performs the national notarization function, independently conducts business, independently assumes responsibilities, and operates in accordance with market rules and self-discipline mechanism.
