Description of visit
1. The original ID card (or electronic ID), reservation QR code and Chongqing code must be presented on the day of seeing a doctor. Visitors from outside Chongqing should provide negative reports of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before entering the museum.

There is also a big "dinosaur world". From Triassic to Jurassic to Cretaceous, dinosaurs lived here for 65.438+65 billion years. You can see Mamenxilong, the largest dinosaur in Asia, here. Due to the venue, it cannot be displayed for many years.

Among them, the fossils and specimens of animals and plants are lifelike, and most of them are introduced according to the age of life and environmental habits, which intuitively shows the evolution process of the earth and the kingdom of animals and plants. The collection contains nearly 70,000 specimens of geology, minerals, paleontology, animals, plants, soil and paleolithic, as well as more than 65,438+000 model specimens and other rare specimens. There are representative dinosaur fossils of different types and times in Sichuan, including 8 skeleton specimens and more than 0/00 dinosaur footprint specimens.
In addition, the ancient Trionyx sinensis in China (Late Jurassic) is one of the earliest fossils of Trionyx sinensis in the world. Plesiosaur specimens are rare treasures found outside Europe; Chengyu turtle is the earliest known turtle in China, which is also rare in similar records in the world. Its fossils are of great significance for studying the evolution of early turtles. Animal specimens include giant panda, wildebeest, golden monkey, red panda, snow leopard, crested deer, green-tailed pheasant, giant salamander and other national protected animals. Plant specimens include 22 1 family, 1500 genera and more than 2,400 species, many of which are rare plant specimens.
