Changzhou Information Vocational and Technical College, located in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, is the first information vocational and technical college in Jiangsu Province, one of the national 100 demonstration higher vocational colleges, a national graduate employment typical experience college, and the second batch of national modern apprenticeship pilot units.
College was founded in 1962, when it was Changzhou Qinye Electromechanical School; 1980, renamed Changzhou Radio Industry School; In 2000, the People's Government of Jiangsu Province approved the merger of Changzhou Radio Industry School and Changzhou University of Electronic Workers to form Changzhou Institute of Information Technology.
