The applicant must pay the social insurance for urban employees 12 months by the employer or the entrepreneurial entity, including the person in charge of unemployed individual industrial and commercial households who pay the social insurance for urban employees in a flexible employment capacity. (4) The applicant must purchase the only commercial residence in the administrative area of Qingdao on or after June 6, 20 18 (the time for purchasing the house is based on the filing time of online signing contract, and the time for obtaining the real estate registration certificate or certificate is based on the filing time of online signing contract). (5) The settling-in allowance can only be enjoyed once per person. If both husband and wife of the applicant have the conditions to apply for resettlement fees at the same time, they can enjoy them separately. (six) the applicant has enjoyed the introduction of outstanding high-level talents to buy houses in this city, and no longer enjoys the postdoctoral resettlement allowance; If the applicant has already enjoyed the resettlement fee, it will be deducted according to the principle of giving priority to the higher one when applying for the above subsidies; Applicants who have enjoyed postgraduate housing subsidies or college graduates who meet the application conditions for resettlement fees may apply for resettlement fees, and the applied housing subsidies are deducted from the resettlement fees; Applicants and their spouses who have purchased Qingdao property-based talent housing and affordable housing (price-limited commercial housing and affordable housing) are no longer entitled to resettlement fees; Applicants and their spouses who have been allocated talents to rent housing and public rental housing should withdraw before applying for resettlement fees. Applicants can apply through Qingdao Talent Network or go to the human resources and social security department of the district (city) where the employer or entrepreneurial entity is registered. (3) Examining and issuing. 1. After the applicant submits the application, the human resources and social security department of the district (city) where the employer or the entrepreneurial entity is registered will conduct online verification through the system from the first working day of the following month. If online verification is not possible, the applicant will conduct on-site audit with materials according to the requirements of the audit time. 2. Real estate registration, enjoyment of Qingdao property-based talent housing, affordable housing and other information shall be verified and compared by the district (city) Human Resources and Social Security Bureau through the national or city-wide government information resource sharing and exchange platform; If the system cannot verify or has doubts about the applicant's real estate registration, the district (city) Human Resources and Social Security Bureau shall report to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for summary, and the Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau and the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau shall be responsible for verification and identification. 3 by the district (city) human resources and social security department approved by the district (city) human resources and social security department official website publicity, publicity period of 5 working days.
