First, according to the number of participants, it is planned to increase the pharmacy area.
The popularity of Binhu New District and Administrative District is increasing, but the number of designated pharmacies is limited. Earlier, some citizens suggested adding new designated pharmacies in this regard. In response to this inquiry, the human and social departments made it clear yesterday that "there is no plan to increase for the time being."
The human and social departments have previously stated that there are currently more than 200 designated retail pharmacies in Hefei, and there have been too many designated retail pharmacies and the density is too large.
Second, the arbitrary transfer of a single pharmacy was "stopped"
Can designated pharmacies be transferred at will? I can't. In order to ensure the interests of the insured and facilitate management, the newly revised method puts forward many new requirements for the qualification of pharmacies. The new regulations are particularly clear. When the business entities of individual retail pharmacies change, the service agreement will be automatically terminated, which also means that any transfer between individual pharmacies is prohibited. However, if the address and name of the designated pharmacies that meet the requirements change, or the business entities acquired by the qualified chain enterprises change, they may apply for change.
Three, "six red lines" designated pharmacies are not allowed to touch.
In the newly revised method, the behavior of designated retail pharmacies is marked with "six reds", that is, not verifying social security cards and not dispensing (selling) drugs according to prescriptions; Substituting other drugs, daily necessities, health care products or other items for drugs in the employee medical insurance drug list; Providing medical insurance settlement services for non-designated retail pharmacies; Providing personal account realization services for the insured; Stealing funds from the insured's personal account; And other acts of taking medical insurance funds.
Designated pharmacies in violation of these provisions, the municipal medical insurance agency will terminate the service agreement signed with it, and no longer sign the service agreement within 2 years.
