When the customer requests to cancel the personal guarantee before the personal guarantee expires, the beneficiary unit must submit a statement agreeing to cancel the personal guarantee to the Bank of China in advance, and affix the official seal of the company. The customer can only handle it after submitting the original personal identity certificate, personal written cancellation application, personal guarantee pledge receipt and original personal guarantee to BOC outlets. After the personal guarantee is successfully revoked, the China Bank's handling outlets will return the deposit certificates pledged by the customers to the customers.
