In view of the current situation of multi-point distribution of domestic epidemic, cluster epidemic still occurs, and the risk of epidemic spread persists. In order to ensure the life safety and health of the majority of candidates and examination staff, the relevant matters such as epidemic prevention and control of primary and secondary school teachers' qualification examination (interview) test sites in Sichuan Normal University in the first half of 2022 are announced as follows:
I. Time and place of interview
1. Interview time: May, 2022 14 to May 15 (the specific time is subject to the candidate's admission ticket).
1. Foreign vehicles are not allowed to enter the campus during the epidemic. Candidates can take buses 332A, 856, 856A, 87 1 and L0 14 to the test center. Please arrange your interview schedule reasonably, and reserve enough time for health examination and identity verification, so as not to delay the interview admission.
2. Candidates will all enter from Xihuimen and Nanfengmen, and the school will implement single circulation. Please consciously abide by the examination regulations according to the examination guidance signs.
3. Candidates should pay attention to the official account of "Ishikawa e-Educational Administration" WeChat before May 12, 2022, and click "Interview Candidates"->; "Fill in the epidemic prevention information" truthfully fill in the epidemic prevention related information, and upload the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the exam (calculated from the sampling time to the admission time on the day of the exam) the night before the exam. If you can't fill in the epidemic prevention information or don't submit the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, it will be regarded as giving up the test on your own.
3. Candidates must hold the green code of their "health code" and "travel card" updated on the same day, scan the location code of the test center, and enter the test center after receiving body temperature test. At the time of admission, you must present the completed Candidate's COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Handbook (New Edition), the paper version of the admission ticket and the original valid ID card. Those with incomplete documents are not allowed to enter the examination room.
4. Candidates are not allowed to bring mobile phones, cameras, electronic watches, teaching AIDS and other items into the examination room, and their belongings can be kept in the article storage office or properly kept by themselves.
Third, interview epidemic prevention and control requirements
Candidates must carefully read the requirements of Sichuan Education Examinations Institute's Tips for Physical Health Monitoring of Primary and Secondary School Teachers Qualification Examination (Interview) Candidates in Sichuan Province in the First Half of 2022, and strictly abide by the relevant epidemic prevention and control regulations, with special emphasis on the following points:
1. Candidates should return to the registration place in advance to avoid staying in different places and delaying the exam. Candidates who return from other places to take the exam, especially those who return from areas classified as A and B in Sichuan, must contact the epidemic prevention and control department in the area where the test center is located in advance, consult the local epidemic prevention and control measures for returnees from other places, and manage them according to local epidemic prevention requirements and regulations so as not to delay the exam.
2. All candidates must download the Candidate's COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Manual (New Edition) (attachment 1) by themselves, and conduct self-health monitoring (self-recording and self-keeping for future reference) from 14 days before the exam to the end of the exam day as required. Candidates are requested to print their own books and fill in the relevant contents as required. After I sign it, I will give it to the exam staff on the day of the exam.
3. Candidates are confirmed cases, asymptomatic infected persons, suspected patients, close contacts of confirmed cases in COVID-19, or fever patients who have been cured for less than 1 month, and their health codes are not green before the period of concentration or home isolation. According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, they are not allowed to take this exam.
Candidates must scan the code when they enter the test center for temperature detection. If the first body temperature is ≥37.3℃, it can be measured after proper rest. If the body temperature is normal after the retest, you can take the exam normally; After the second interview, the body temperature is still ≥37.3℃. After being judged by professionals in the health department, it shall be handled according to the latest local epidemic prevention and control requirements.
5. Candidates should bring their own masks, and wear masks at other times except for identity verification and interview.
6. Candidates who have sudden shortness of breath, fever, diarrhea and other abnormal conditions during the examination should immediately report to the examination room staff, and be disposed of according to relevant epidemic prevention procedures after being judged by professionals in the health department.
7. After the exam, candidates must leave the school immediately according to the instructions, and may not gather or stay in the test center school.
Fourth, the candidate interview process
1. Admission: Candidates must upload a negative report of nucleic acid test 48 hours before the exam, show the green code of "health code" and "boarding card", and scan the code for temperature measurement.
2. Waiting for the exam: Candidates must hold ① the original valid ID card, ② the paper admission ticket, ③ the complete "Candidate's COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Book (New Edition)" when entering the waiting room, and ④ candidates who apply for the qualification of specialized courses and practice instructors in secondary vocational schools must bring their own official textbooks for specialized courses in secondary vocational schools. When verifying identity, candidates must take off their masks and hand in their books as required.
3. Topic preparation: Candidates must wear masks during the whole topic preparation process, keep a safe distance when queuing, and obey the arrangement of the examination staff.
4. Interview: Candidates must wear masks as required during the interview.
5. Leave: After the interview, candidates should wear masks and leave the examination room area as soon as possible according to the instructions. They are not allowed to gather or stay inside or outside the examination room.
