Refers to the outstanding talents, outstanding talents, elite talents and backbone talents identified by the district talent work leading group.
2. Parents or spouses of outstanding talents, outstanding talents and elite talents.
3, Hong Kong and Macao youth
Refers to/kloc-Hong Kong and Macao residents aged 0/8 to 45, or mainland residents who graduated from universities in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan (see the list of universities attached to the detailed rules for the implementation of youth in Hong Kong and Macao for details) and obtained higher education degrees (subject to the deadline for registration). They are virtuous, love the motherland, support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), "one country, two systems" and support the reunification of the motherland.
4. Other talents
Refers to talents with full-time undergraduate education and bachelor's degree, or intermediate professional and technical titles, or national vocational qualification level 2 or above.
Application conditions
Applicants, their spouses and minor children must have no self-owned housing in Huangpu District and Guangzhou Development Zone. Outstanding talents, outstanding talents and elite talents apply for housing for their parents or spouses, and their parents or spouses must have no own housing in Huangpu District and Guangzhou Development Zone of Guangzhou.
At present, the applicant does not enjoy housing subsidies in the form of money such as house purchase subsidies and housing subsidies in this administrative area; Outstanding talents, outstanding talents and elite talents apply for rental housing for their parents or spouses, and their parents or spouses currently do not enjoy monetary housing subsidies such as housing subsidies and house purchase subsidies within their respective administrative areas.
Hong Kong and Macao youth also need to meet the following conditions:
1. A labor contract has been signed with the local employer at the time of application, and the application is within the validity period of the contract;
2. At the time of application, you should have participated in social insurance in this area, and you are in the insured state at the time of application.
Other talents also need to meet the following conditions:
1. The relationship between industrial and commercial registration land and tax collection and management and the statistical relationship of units are within the scope of Huangpu District and Guangzhou Development Zone in Guangzhou;
2. Public hospitals, schools and other institutions with offices within their administrative areas are not subject to geographical restrictions on registration, tax collection and management relations and statistical relations.
