(1) design stage. Provide the owner with the planning, design and consulting services of the electromechanical system of this project, including the scheme design, preliminary design, tender drawing design and construction drawing design of the electromechanical system, and the design must meet the electromechanical functions necessary for the normal operation of the project; Assist the owner to obtain government approval;
Discuss with Party A, architects and relevant departments matters that may affect the project design; Provide mechanical and electrical equipment system suggestions, provide solutions to major technical problems and conduct comprehensive technical analysis; Put forward preliminary suggestions on the computer room, vertical tube well and related facilities, and assist the architectural and structural specialty to determine the scheme;
Review and calculate the requirements of each system and the layout of the computer room in detail, and design the electromechanical system.
(2) Bidding stage. Assist the owner to determine the scope and interface of the electromechanical contract; According to the requirements of the owner, prepare the technical specifications of various electromechanical systems in the bidding stage of the owner, and provide the owner with the brand list of electromechanical equipment; Recommend suitable construction units to the owner to participate in bidding, and assist the owner to evaluate the qualifications of all bidding units and provide professional advice;
Assist the owner to review the bidding documents for subcontracting of various electromechanical systems, comprehensively analyze the bids submitted by various tendering units from a professional perspective, and provide professional opinions for the owner's reference; Review the electromechanical drawings designed by the third party; Assist surveyor to make tender documents, bill of quantities and tender instructions;
Assist the owner to review the bidding documents (including the equipment data provided by the bidder) and conduct technical analysis. , and provide the analysis report for the owner to select the general contractor and subcontractor for reference; Assist the owner and surveyor to prepare contract documents.
(3) Construction stage. If there are requirements for drawing construction drawings within the scope of the contract, the construction drawings shall be drawn according to relevant specifications; If there is no requirement for drawing construction drawings within the scope of the contract, it is obliged to review the deepening construction drawings provided by the electromechanical contractor and put forward professional opinions for the owner's reference;
According to the requirements of technical specifications, review the equipment and materials provided by the electromechanical contractor to ensure that the requirements of the tender can be met from the manufacturer's qualification, brand, technical requirements and materials; Examining and approving the deepening construction drawings, construction schemes and plans provided by electromechanical contractors according to design standards; Provide relevant drawings and materials, and assist the owner to issue change instructions to the construction unit.
Assist the owner to review the change claim fees proposed by the construction unit and provide opinions to the owner; Assist the owner and relevant units to obtain municipal connection.
(4) Completion acceptance stage. After the installation of mechanical and electrical systems is completed, assist the owner in system acceptance, testing and testing to ensure that all systems meet the design specifications and are installed and running normally; Compare the handover and operation performance results of the system with the design performance, and provide the acceptance report to the owner; For electromechanical systems/equipment that do not meet the specification requirements, assist the owner to make a rectification list, so that the owner can guide the construction unit to complete the rectification as soon as possible.
Assist the owner to check and urge the construction unit to submit all documents required by the contract, including the overall completion drawing, operation and maintenance manual, test certificate, etc. Examine and approve the as-built drawings and operation and maintenance manuals submitted by the construction unit.
(5)PMC and general contracting services.
(6) Other related electromechanical services not mentioned above. At present, while doing the above routine work well, electromechanical consultants are constantly adapting to the changes in the development of the industry, striving for survival and development in the changes, actively expanding the extension of electromechanical services and opening up new business directions, and their work content is no longer limited to electromechanical aspects.
