Shuima expressway refers to the expressway from Shuifu in Yunnan Province to Maliuwan, which is the first section of expressway in Yin Kun of G85 in Yunnan Province. It is an important part of the "three vertical, three horizontal and nine major passages" expressway network planned by Yunnan Province, and it is also a golden passage connecting Sichuan and Chongqing with the mainland of China. Zhong Da Consulting consulted various building websites to obtain information about Shuima Expressway;

Project overview

Expressway from Shuifu to Maliuwan is the first section of Chongqing-Kunming-expressway (M5 1) in the National expressway Network Planning. It is an important part of the "three vertical, three horizontal and nine major passages" highway network planned by Yunnan Province, and it is also a golden passage connecting Sichuan, Chongqing and the mainland of China. The construction of Shuima expressway will play a great role in supporting and coordinating the construction of Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba power stations in the lower reaches of Jinsha River, promoting the further development of minerals, agriculture and water resources in northeast Yunnan, strengthening the economic, information and personnel exchanges between Yunnan and Sichuan, Chongqing Yangtze River Economic Belt and developed areas, and promoting Yunnan's economic development.

Shuima Expressway starts from Fulongkou at the southern end of Shuifu County, connects Yibin, a Sichuan-Water Expressway under construction, and ends at Maliuwan, which is connected with the second-class special automobile highway from Maliuwan to Zhaotong. The project started on June 8, 2004 +065438+. On July 0 1 2008, Shuima expressway was officially completed and opened to traffic.

Approved by the Ministry of Communications [2004] 128, the estimated total investment of Shuima expressway is 9.209 billion yuan, with an average cost of 68.003 million yuan per kilometer. The total construction period of the project is three years, which is the largest project approved by the Ministry of Communications in Yunnan at one time.

Along the Shuima expressway, ravines are criss-crossing, peaks are overlapping, the terrain is narrow, the ecological environment is fragile, there are many fault zones and fault structures, and adverse geology such as landslides, collapses and dangerous rocks and falling rocks can be seen everywhere. In addition, it is rainy all the year round, with little sunshine and short effective construction period, which makes the implementation of the project more difficult. Laodianzi 1 No.2 Tunnel adopts spiral extension line uphill due to terrain limitation and becomes spiral tunnel. It is the first time to adopt the spiral line expansion method in expressway, which provides a new idea for the construction of expressway in mountainous areas. With a total length of 4,600 meters, Dishuiyan Bridge is the longest highway bridge in Yunnan Province.

According to historical records, in 250 BC, the State of Qin sent Li Bing, governor of Shu, to preside over the construction of the "Bo Road" from Yibin to Zhaotong today. Because the road is five feet wide, it is called "five-foot road" in history. During the period of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, Wuchi Road continued. This road was built in 1 12 BC, and it goes straight to Qujing today. In the majestic Wumeng Mountain, Wuchi Road has been walking since ancient times. Today's Shuima Expressway is built next to Wuchi Road, and some sections are just parallel to Guwuchi Road.

technology standard

The total length of Shuima expressway is 135.5756 km, including 47.67 km in Shuifu County, 62.9 km in Yanjin County and 24.6 km in Daguan County, which is 9 km shorter than the original old highway. The whole line is built according to the standard of four-lane expressway in mountainous area, with subgrade width of 22.5m and carriageway width of 4× 3.5m.. The design load of bridge and culvert is automobile -20 or above, trailer-120. The lowest elevation of the passing area is 275m (at Fulongkou, the starting point of the line), and the highest elevation is 1207m (at K47+760 of Liangfeng 'ao Tunnel), with a relative elevation difference of 932m.
