Brief introduction of Xuzhou Municipal Health Bureau

Address: No.2 Lida Road, adjusted according to the above responsibilities, the main responsibilities of the Municipal Health Bureau are:

(a) to formulate the city's health reform and development plan, implement the national, provincial and municipal health policies, laws, regulations and rules, draft local regulations and rules related to health work, carry out investigation and study on major issues in health work, put forward relevant policy suggestions, and promote the reform of the city's medical and health system.

(two) to coordinate the allocation of health resources and guide the preparation and implementation of regional health planning.

(three) to implement the national essential drug system and drug policy, formulate policies and measures for the selection, procurement, distribution and use of essential drugs, and organize the implementation of drug codes and national essential drug lists.

(four) to undertake the comprehensive coordination of food safety, organize the investigation and handling of major food safety accidents, organize the implementation of local food safety standards, be responsible for the safety risk assessment and early warning of food and related products, and report major food safety information in a timely manner according to law.

(five) to organize the formulation and implementation of rural health, community health, maternal and child health development plans and policies, and to supervise and guide primary health care, maternal and child health care and new rural cooperative medical care; Responsible for the comprehensive management and supervision of maternal and child health care.

(6) To be responsible for disease prevention and control, formulate major disease prevention and control plans, immunization plans and policies and measures and organize their implementation, coordinate relevant departments to implement prevention, control and intervention on major diseases, and manage the information on the epidemic situation of legally reported infectious diseases according to law.

(7) To be responsible for health emergency work, formulate health emergency plans and policies and measures, be responsible for monitoring, early warning and risk assessment of public health emergencies, guide the implementation of prevention, control and emergency treatment of public health emergencies, and manage emergency information of public health emergencies according to law.

(eight) to implement the principle of paying equal attention to both traditional Chinese and western medicine, formulate the development plans, policies and measures of traditional Chinese medicine and organize their implementation, and supervise and guide the work of integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine in the city according to law.

(nine) to guide and standardize the work of health administrative law enforcement, to be responsible for the supervision and management of occupational health, radiation health, environmental health and school health according to the division of responsibilities, to be responsible for the supervision and management of health and safety in public places and drinking water, and to be responsible for the supervision and control of infectious diseases.

(ten) responsible for the supervision and management of medical services in medical institutions, organize the implementation of policies, norms and standards for medical services, technology, medical quality and management in blood collection and supply institutions, and organize the evaluation of medical services in medical institutions.

(eleven) to organize the formulation of health personnel, medical science and technology, continuing medical education development plan, guide the construction of health personnel and key medical and health research, and participate in medical and health cooperation and exchanges.

(twelve) responsible for the medical and health security work of important meetings and major events, and undertake the daily work of the municipal government leading group for the prevention and control of endemic diseases, the municipal government AIDS prevention and control working Committee and patriotic health campaign committee.

(thirteen) to undertake other tasks assigned by the municipal government. The Municipal Health Bureau has 47 administrative staff (including discipline inspection and supervision staff), and the other 7 are subordinate to the Nuclear Regulatory Bureau, including 2 veteran cadres service personnel and 5 logistics service personnel.

The leadership positions are: 1 director, 4 deputy directors, 1 secretary of the disciplinary Committee; 23 deputy directors (directors), including 12 directors (including 1 director of the supervision office).
