3. 4. As for the management of archives, according to the filing scope formed by the company and the existing filing methods, I have formulated the corresponding archives management system, file lending system and the filing content scope of engineering archives.

2. Because the company's files are mainly engineering files, I clearly take the project name, project number and time node as the main management methods. When looking for a file, as long as the file searcher gives the project name or project number, you can quickly find the required file.

There are many archived drawings of this project. Considering the fragility and oxidation of the drawings, we adopted the opinions of our colleagues and bought the' A2 Kraft Paper Drawing Bag' specially designed by the design institute to save the drawings, which can reduce the damage of the drawings and reduce the oxidation speed of the drawings.

4. With the increase of the company's engineering projects, the files have also increased a lot, so it is necessary to buy suitable filing cabinets for archiving and preservation. After entering the company, I classified the files in the archives room, counted the files of each filing cabinet, sorted out the file list of each filing cabinet, and bound it into a book to facilitate file search and peacetime management.

5. The filing and borrowing of company files need to fill in the corresponding filing form and file borrowing registration form, and the files must be returned to the archives room within the specified time. If the file needs to be borrowed again, you must fill in the renewal form. If a foreign company borrows files, it needs the consent of the leader to view them, but it seems that borrowing is not allowed. This can ensure that the company's information will not be leaked.

6. Archival work is trivial and needs to be taken seriously. The environment of archives is very important. In order to better preserve the files, I will keep the files clean and the air unobstructed every day. The sunshine should not be too strong. I will keep ventilation and use mothballs to prevent mold and insects from damaging files. At the same time, strengthen the management of archives, do a good job in the safety prevention of archives, close the door and lock it in time when leaving the archives, and turn off the power supply.

7. With the popularization and application of computers, the file management industry must be digitized. To this end, I scanned the information of the new project and saved it in the form of electronic files, and copied and saved the electronic files that have been formed with the relevant personnel of the design department, and asked them to archive the electronic files as much as possible when archiving. I will continue to work hard to find a better storage method for digitalization.

Second, other work

In addition to file management, I also try to cooperate with other work arranged by the leaders. During my colleague's three-month vacation, I tried to do a good job of handover.

2. Be responsible for the remittance of the company's patent fees, the payment of patent licensing fees, the processing of invoices and the international patent PCT.
