Global Shipping Plaza is located in the core of the new town in the east of Ningbo, with Jingjia Road in the south and the first phase building of the International Shipping Center in the west. The architectural design has 52 floors, with a height of 256.8 meters and a height of 4.2 meters, with a standard building area of 2,370 square meters. Covers an area of 9800 square meters. Upon completion, the building will be connected with the underground, ground and air of the International Shipping Center (Air China Phase I) and the underground parking lot of the Central Park, forming a unified whole and fully realizing the enjoyment of functional facilities.
When completed and put into use in 20 13, the two buildings will form a complete international shipping center in the eastern new town, and become a first-class international shipping service platform radiating the Yangtze River Delta region, with multiple core functions such as port customs, shipping services and logistics information as usual.
The building is divided into three parts: 1 to 5 floors are commercial buildings and hanging gardens open to the public; The sixth floor is the shipping trading center; The 7 th to 50 th floors are high-grade commercial office buildings and bird's-eye platforms; The floors 5 1 and 52 are international shipping clubs. There is a luxury conference center and an international shipping club in the building to meet various needs such as business contacts and summit meetings. The building is also equipped with a 24-meter-high pure business hall and 30 elevators to meet the efficiency requirements of going upstairs and downstairs.
The Global Shipping Plaza project started on September 28th, 2009, and the structure of the project was capped at 20 12. 12.28. 20 14 is put into operation, which will form Ningbo International Shipping Center with Ningbo International Shipping Service Center (Air China Phase I) officially put into use in 2009.
