Can individuals invoice pharmaceutical companies?

Individuals can issue receipts to companies.

Original personal identity card; Full name of the payment company; The payer's tax identification number; Payment certificate issued by the payer (with official seal).

1. First negotiate with the payer (that is, the company that wants you to invoice) and ask the other party to issue a payment certificate for you, which needs to be stamped with the payer's official seal.

2. Make it clear that the full name of the payer's company (the name on the business license) must be exactly the same, and make sure that the other party tells you the tax identification number of their company. If you don't know the tax number, ask them. Generally, regular companies have knowledgeable accountants.

3. Take the materials prepared in the first two steps, bring my ID card (the original ID card of the payer), go to the local tax bureau (we all go to the local tax bureau here), explain your purpose in the lobby, and you can make an invoice.

Of course, you need to pay taxes when issuing invoices, so you should prepare some tax money to carry with you according to the invoice amount. If the local tax bureau can swipe your card, remember to bring your bank card/credit card.
