First, do things online.
1. Go to the homepage of Danzhou Municipal People's Government website (/) and click the "Online Service" menu.
2. On the "Online Service" page, you can choose different service types such as "Open Government Affairs", "Work Guide" and "Online Declaration". Take "online declaration" as an example, click "online declaration" button.
3. On the "Online Application" page, you can choose different application types, such as "Household Registration Certificate", "Birth Certificate" and "Marriage Certificate". After selecting the corresponding application type, fill in the corresponding application information and upload relevant materials.
4. After completing the application, you can check the application status in My Application page. After the application is approved, you can download the corresponding certification documents on the "My Certification" page.
Second, online consultation.
1. Go to the homepage of Danzhou Municipal People's Government and click the "Online Consultation" menu.
2. On the "Online Consultation" page, you can choose different consultation types, such as "Policy Consultation", "People's Livelihood Consultation" and "Complaints and Suggestions". After selecting the corresponding consultation type, fill in the corresponding consultation content and submit it.
3. After submitting the consultation, you can check the consultation status on my consultation page. Relevant departments will reply to the corresponding consultation content within the specified time.
