Introspection, meditation and purification

When it comes to the bright heart and pure heart in Tao Te Ching, I will think of introspection.

Because I think people will only seek inward if they are introspective, which is also a process of introspection.

Each of us has the same ultimate big question, which is: Who am I? Where is the land I come from? where am I going? No one has an accurate answer to this question, and we can't define who we are. I don't know where we are going. Even every second, our brains will flash through countless thoughts, which may all be different selves and different destinations.

But even so, we should be clear about our goals. I can't decide where I come from, but I can determine a general direction. To this end, introspection every day is a good opportunity.

Only by introspection can we be more sure of the difference between what we want to do and what we want to do, as well as our intentions.

Introspection can make us calm down and think, and thinking can help us achieve the goal of purifying our hearts.

Today is also a day to study hard in ukulele and lay a good foundation for guitar.

Come on every day, although today is also a running account.

The peach pit buried in the soil has sprouted, and everything has hope.
