A day has passed in a blink of an eye, and there must be many feelings. It's time to settle down and keep a diary. Have you figured out how to keep a diary? The following is an example of my carefully compiled diary of investigating people's feelings for reference only. Let's have a look.
10 In the early morning of June 5438+08, the Political Research Office of the Provincial Party Committee sent seven cadres to various towns and villages in qianxi county to carry out two-day research and assistance work around issues such as economic development, improvement of people's livelihood, social management and construction of grass-roots organizations. According to the organizational arrangement, my hanging place is Zhongshan Township, qianxi county.
Zhongshan Buyi and Yi Township is located in the southeast of qianxi county, 2 1 km from the county seat and 96 km from Guiyang. It borders Guli Town, Sheikh Township, Supu Town, Tieshi Township and Daguan Town, and is the east gate of qianxi county and Bijie. Guibi Highway, a national high-grade highway, runs through the whole territory. It is a transportation hub, business distribution center and a veritable "waterless wharf" in eastern qianxi county. The township covers an area of 68. 1 km2 and governs 10 villages, 1 community and 145 villagers' groups. By the end of 20 10, the total population of the township was 29,669, including Buyi, Yi, Miao, Gelao and Bai.
First stop: Qingshan village
On the morning of 18 10: 30, I was warmly received by the deputy secretary of the township party Committee and his party from the township government at the crossing of Zhongshan Township on Guibi Road. Due to the tight time and heavy task, after meeting with the secretary of the township party Committee, accompanied by the deputy secretary of the township party Committee and members of the township organizing Committee, I immediately went to Qingshan Village, the nearest place where the government left home. The village consists of four villagers with a total population of 3040, and ethnic minorities account for 70% of the total population. There are 54 party member students in the village, and nearly 10 students are prepared for party member every year. Traditional aquaculture is the main industry, more than 700 people go out to work, and there is also a village-run sand and gravel factory, which has solved the employment problem of more than 20 people, with an annual output value of more than 1 10,000 yuan. There is a professional fruit and vegetable cooperative in the village to provide services for the production, supply and marketing of cash crops. 1000 mu konjac planting base and pheasant breeding industry will be fully implemented soon. After listening to the introduction of the director of the village Committee, we went to the shed base in the village for a field trip. To my surprise, this greenhouse is completely built according to modern standards, with all kinds of electrical equipment, sprinklers, thermostats, lifting frames and so on. The facilities are first-class in China, but the greenhouse has not been fully and reasonably utilized. It turns out that this is a tobacco seedling base with an investment of nearly 100 million yuan by Hunan Baisha Tobacco Group. However, due to various reasons, it has not been continuously and effectively used. With the acquiescence of Baisha Group, the village used abandoned greenhouses to organize villagers to grow vegetables and watermelons. Although it is still in the stage of exploration and practice, it still has considerable income. In the next step, Zhongshan Township will negotiate with Baisha Group to make full use of greenhouses and mobilize farmers to increase their income by relying on greenhouses in various ways.
Second stop: Changshun village
In the afternoon, we came to Changshun Village at the other end of Zhongshan Township. In the village Committee, the village director introduced me to the situation that they planted 500 mu of kohlrabi and fast-growing poplar 100 mu. Among them, fast-growing poplar is a project invested by a company in Guiyang, and it is paid for use according to the standard of per mu 1000 yuan per year. At the same time, because it takes four years for fast-growing poplar to see benefits, the company also reached an agreement with farmers, and the company invested funds, and farmers invested in labor to carry out daily management and plant dwarfing in the fast-growing poplar base. This way not only makes up for the economic losses of farmers after losing their land, but also effectively drives their enthusiasm for adjusting agricultural industrial institutions and realizes effective income increase. However, due to the rare drought this year, the survival rate of fast-growing poplar is not high, which has dampened the enthusiasm of investors to some extent.
After leaving the village committee, we went to a local pig farm. The farm is quite large, with an annual output value of nearly one million, which has played a good role in demonstrating and driving. At the foot of a mountain, I saw rows of pigsty, clean and tidy, dozens of pigsty are fed with sows and piglets, a total of nearly 100, and each pig about to be slaughtered can be sold for 3,000 to 4,000 yuan or more. The deputy secretary of the township party Committee who went with him said that a large amount of feces produced by this pig farm can only be treated in septic tanks at present, which is very wasteful. Therefore, they are helping to apply to the relevant departments for biogas digester projects. If it can be successfully implemented, all the manure produced by the growing pig farms will be converted into biogas, and pig farmers agree to provide biogas for dozens of families nearby free of charge.
Pigs with different sizes and good treatment, such as sows, live in single rooms and piglets live in four or five rooms.
After coming out of the pig farm, we went to the "one thing, one discussion" financial reward project, that is, the on-the-spot investigation of Tongzu Road hardening project. The villagers are busy with excavators. This road is in disrepair, narrow and broken. By widening and hardening, villagers can travel smoothly even in rainy days. It can be seen that they are very happy while sweating, because through the cement, sand and their labor provided by the government free of charge, they can bid farewell to the history of "dust on sunny days and mud on rainy days". On the side of the road, I saw several mud houses and asked my comrades who were accompanying me why these mud houses were not included in the reconstruction project of dangerous houses. They replied that these mud houses can still live, and more dangerous houses must be rebuilt. Because of limited space, not all these slightly better mud houses can be included in the reconstruction project.
Third stop: Maoshan village
10 19 in the morning, we drove along the rugged mountain village road for more than half an hour. In 2009, we were listed as the first batch of "famous historical and cultural villages" in Guizhou Province. This is a Buyi cultural village. It used to be a township, but later it was merged into Zhongshan Township as a village. There are also many houses with ethnic characteristics in the village, all of which have a history of hundreds of years, but they can still live. I walked into an old man's house with the sign of "cooker improvement household" and saw a Beijing stove and an induction cooker with an iron pipe chimney in his kitchen. He said that it was subsidized by the government, and that Beijing cookers and induction cookers were worth * * * 600 yuan, so he only offered 150 yuan. According to reports, this is a popular project to prevent endemic fluorosis in Bijie area. After the stove is improved, it can not only prevent villagers from cutting down trees as fuel, but also effectively improve the sanitary conditions of villagers' kitchens. Then I walked into the mother's house of an old man next to me. The room is dark. She said that in order to save electricity, the lights were rarely turned on at night. At present, she lives at home with a 12-year-old dementia granddaughter. His wife has been dead for many years, and both sons are working outside. They can only go home for the New Year. Because she has to protect her granddaughter with dementia all the time, she can't work in the fields at all. The land has been leased to others, and the food she gets from it is not enough for her grandparents and grandchildren to eat every year. Fortunately, her two sons often send money home. I'm chatting with my grandmother. The demented granddaughter who was eating noodles in the back room limped out. Her face is still half covered with noodles and her mouth is full of oil. Grandma quickly wiped her mouth, and the girl kept grinning at us. It is also a typical case of empty nesters and left-behind children.
When I walked into Zhi Zhi Primary School and Middle School, the only schools in the village, I was catching up with the students doing exercises during recess. The accompanying deputy mayor in charge of culture, education and health said that the primary school has opened seven classes from preschool to sixth grade, with more than 2 10 students, with an average of 30 students in each class. Everyone can go to the village to continue junior high school after graduating from primary school, but only 60% of them graduate from junior high school. The ecological home in Maoshan Village is well built. Except for those old houses with strong ethnic style, other houses that have been in disrepair for a long time have been included in the ecological home construction project for transformation. In this quiet and deserted mountain village, the gorgeous and beautiful new house is particularly dazzling. According to the accompanying comrades, the construction of ecological home is a great project benefiting the people in Zhongshan Township, and all villages in the township will be built one after another. I thought it would only be implemented along Guibi Highway, but I didn't expect such a beautiful small building to cover all villages in the township. It's really not easy.
10 19 in the afternoon, Ma Anding, secretary of the Party Committee of Zhongshan Township, introduced me to the general situation of Zhongshan Township in his office. It happened that the leaders of Guiqing Coal Mine in the township were also present. I listened to their detailed introduction by the way. In recent years, the coal mine has been in the early stage of construction, and the trial production is tentatively scheduled for early next year, with an estimated annual output of 6.5438+200,000 tons. Secretary Ma said that since the beginning of this year, the township party committees and governments have conscientiously implemented the main tone of "trying first, increasing the proportion, accelerating the transformation and promoting the leap forward", closely focusing on the major arrangements and arrangements of the county's "five major strategies", "one foundation and five modernizations" and "four innovations, one office and one construction", and combining the objectives and tasks formulated at the beginning of the year, all the work has achieved remarkable results. Looking ahead, Secretary Ma is full of confidence. In the next step, Zhongshan Township will give full play to its location advantages and resource advantages in accordance with the established goals, and focus on the overall planning and layout of "one center, two wings and three districts" in Zhongshan Township.
After two days of investigation, I have a more detailed understanding of the rural situation and economic development in Zhongshan Township. Zhongshan Township is only 20 minutes' drive from the county seat and 96 kilometers from Guiyang, the provincial capital. We can make full use of the superior location advantages and transportation advantages, and do something under the guidance of the two strategies of "strong industrial province and urbanization", which will certainly be promising. However, whether Zhongshan Township develops industry or agriculture, the water problem is always the biggest bottleneck. At present, almost all the drinking water of people in Zhongshan Township is groundwater, and there is no large-scale water source available in the territory. Due to the lack of water resources, many projects can not be smoothly promoted, which makes many investors flinch and greatly restricts the pace of economic development in Zhongshan Township. Therefore, we must vigorously strengthen the construction of water conservancy facilities, increase the intensity of water diversion to the countryside, and do everything possible to ensure domestic water, agricultural irrigation and industrial water. In addition, it is necessary to speed up the urbanization construction of Zhongshan township government, so that landless farmers can quickly integrate into small towns and have more opportunities to get rich. The secretary of the provincial party Committee said that cadres have a good style of work and a good mental outlook. They can "borrow a boat to go to sea" without geographical advantages, "borrow chickens to lay eggs" when resources are scarce, and "develop with help" when conditions are difficult; On the contrary, cadres' style of work is lax and their spirits are sluggish. Even with strong geographical advantages, rich natural resources and good development opportunities, it is difficult to give full play to and make good use of them. Therefore, Zhongshan Township should focus on the established goals, give full play to its subjective initiative, turn its own location advantages and resource advantages into economic advantages, and even more, weaken the disadvantage of water shortage by "borrowing chickens to lay eggs" and "borrowing boats to go to sea" to realize "leveraging resources development".
