Agency bookkeeping contract
Party A: (Entrusting Unit):
Party B: (Trustee):
According to the Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), Accounting Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws and regulations, Party A entrusts Party B to keep accounts as an agent for business management needs. In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both parties, the two parties reached the following agreement through consultation based on the principles of honesty, equality and mutual benefit:
1. Time: Party B accepts Party A's entrustment to keep accounts of Party A's annual economic business.
I. Scope of entrustment

Establish an account; (b) Bookkeeping (including binding accounting vouchers/account books) (c) Financial management consulting; (d) Tax-related matters; (e) Attend tax meetings and assist Party A in accepting tax inspection; (f) garbage removal; Assist enterprises to open bank accounts; (h) Assist in the establishment of various financial systems; (i) Online declaration of national taxes; (j) Issuing tax returns
Two. Responsibilities and obligations of Party A
1. Establish and improve the enterprise management system, operate according to law, ensure the safety and integrity of assets, ensure the authenticity, legality, accuracy and completeness of original vouchers, and actively cooperate with Party B in bookkeeping. Party A shall provide Party B with complete accounting information before 30th of each month, including the usage of various invoices and details of bank deposits (show bank statements). If the information provided by Party A is incomplete and the bills are distorted, resulting in industrial and commercial tax punishment, Party A shall be responsible for the authenticity of the original accounting vouchers provided.
2. Arrange a special person to be responsible for the receipt and payment of cash and bank deposits, and keep all current documents in accordance with the requirements of basic accounting standards.
3. Do a good job in the registration and custody of accounting vouchers in the process of transmission.
4. Timely and accurately forward the letters and telephone numbers received from the industrial and commercial and tax authorities to Party B. ..
5. Pay the agency's bookkeeping fees in full and on time according to the provisions of this contract.
6. Provide necessary working conditions and cooperation for the bookkeeping agent sent by Party B. ..
Three. Responsibilities and obligations of Party B
1. Carry out agency bookkeeping business in accordance with the Accounting Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), Accounting System for Enterprises, Accounting Standards for Enterprises and various tax administration regulations of Beijing.
2. According to Party A's operating characteristics and management needs, choose the corresponding accounting system.
3. Design the handover procedure of accounting vouchers, do a good job of signing vouchers, guide Party A to properly keep accounting files in accordance with the basic norms of accounting work, and handle the handover procedures of accounting work when the contract is terminated.
4. Review the original vouchers provided by Party A according to relevant regulations, fill in accounting vouchers, register accounting books and prepare accounting statements in time.
5. Keep all accounting data of Party A properly. If Party A's data is lost due to Party B's reasons, Party B shall be responsible for making up and bearing the economic losses caused thereby.
6. Party A's business secrets and accounting materials involved in the work shall be kept strictly confidential, and shall not be disclosed, presented or transmitted to the public at will.
7. The tax department shall check Party A's work, and Party B shall attend the meeting as nonvoting delegates when necessary, and report the contents of bookkeeping agency to the tax department as required.
Four. Service fee and settlement method
The accounting service fee is RMB yuan per month, paid in advance before 10 every month.
Validity of verb (abbreviation of verb)
This contract shall come into effect as of the date of signature and payment by the representatives of both parties. And shall remain valid until all matters agreed in this contract are completed.
This contract is made in duplicate, one for each party, with the same legal effect.
Liability for breach of contract of intransitive verbs
If any party violates the provisions of this contract and causes losses to Party B, it shall be liable for breach of contract according to the Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).
The minimum entrustment period of this contract is one year. If the contract is less than six months, either party shall pay the other party a penalty of one month's service fee.
Payment should be made when the original documents are submitted. If the service fee is overdue for one week, Party A shall compensate Party B for the loss by twice the amount owed, and this contract will automatically become invalid, and Party B will not be liable for breach of contract.
Seven. Other related matters.
1. Party A shall leave detailed contact information for Party B, and Party A shall provide official seal and materials during the tax filing. If Party A cannot be contacted, Party A shall be responsible for the consequences.
2. If the accounting is not completed in time due to Party B's reasons, resulting in certain consequences, Party B must correct it in time and bear corresponding responsibilities.
3. Matters not covered in agency bookkeeping shall be settled by both parties through negotiation and relevant contracts shall be signed.
