(2) Qualification examination
1. For the review of the transferor's land, the village land contractual management right transfer service station will assist in the preliminary review, and the township rural land contractual management right transfer service center will review it.
2, the transferee qualification examination, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "detailed rules for the implementation of the transfer of rural land contractual management rights in Nanning".
(3) Price evaluation
The land transfer price shall be determined by both parties through consultation, or the village land contractual management right transfer service station shall be entrusted to organize relevant personnel to evaluate the land contractual management right transfer price for reference. If the circulation scale area is more than 500 mu, the service center for the circulation of the contracted management right of rural land in towns and villages can organize personnel to evaluate the price.

(5) Signing a contract
After receiving the opinions passed by the preliminary examination or review, the service center for the circulation of rural land contractual management rights in villages and towns shall promptly organize the transferee to sign a unified and standardized contract for the circulation of land contractual management rights on the basis of equality and voluntariness.
(6) Forensic files
The contract text of rural land contractual management right transfer is in quadruplicate, which can be verified by towns and villages. If the circulation area is large, it can be notarized on the basis of mutual willingness. Each party shall hold one copy of the contract text, and the other two copies shall be filed by the township respectively.
Second, the land transfer mode
Subcontracting: During the contract period, the contracted farmers will transfer part or all of the contracted land management rights to a third party to engage in agricultural operations under certain conditions, and the rights relationship between the original contractor and the employer will remain unchanged.
Lease: During the contract period, the contracted farmers lease part or all of the contracted land management rights to others other than members of the collective economic organization to engage in agricultural production and operation. This form does not change the rights and obligations agreed between the contractor and the employer, and the lessee only pays the contractor the land rent.
Exchange: refers to the exchange of contracted land belonging to the same collective economic organization between contracted farmers for the convenience of farming or their own needs during the contract period.
Transfer: during the contract period, the contractor will transfer all or part of the contracted land management right to other members of the collective economic organization to engage in agricultural production and operation with the consent of the employer.
Share-holding: During the contract period, the contractor of the household contract mode takes the land contractual management right as the share and voluntarily engages in agricultural cooperative production and operation. Contractors of other contracting methods set up companies or cooperatives to engage in agricultural production and operation with land contractual management rights as equity.
