According to the State Language Commission and the Ministry of Education-
The spirit of the document "Decision on Putonghua Proficiency Test" of the Ministry of Radio, Film and Television requires that teachers, broadcasters, program hosts, actors and other professional and national civil servants should be tested for Putonghua proficiency, and the system of holding certificates should be gradually implemented. Holding Putonghua Grade Qualification Certificate is undoubtedly a very necessary and urgent demand for college students who are about to face fierce employment competition, and it is also a powerful certificate to prove their comprehensive quality and language expression ability. Therefore, according to the arrangement of the Provincial Language and Literature Working Committee, it is decided to carry out the assessment of Putonghua level among students in our school in the first half of 20 15.
Registration method:
Students and teaching staff in our school pay a registration fee of 100 yuan (including registration fee, information fee, training fee and testing fee) in units of departments and classes, and register from the Academic Affairs Office of our department to the Putonghua Proficiency Test Station of Northwest University (Academic Affairs Office of School of Journalism and Communication, South Campus of Northwest University). Please fill in the application form (see the annex to the notice) and submit the electronic photos of the candidates when registering in each department. When applying for a department, you need to submit a paper version of the registration summary form (the candidates sign it after checking the information is correct).
Electronic photo requirements:
