Special post teachers are a special policy implemented by the central government for rural compulsory education in the western region. By openly recruiting college graduates to teach in rural schools below the "two basics" counties in the western region, we will guide and encourage college graduates to engage in rural compulsory education, innovate the supplementary mechanism of rural school teachers, gradually solve the problems of insufficient total number of rural school teachers and unreasonable structure, improve the overall quality of rural teachers, and promote the balanced development of urban and rural education.

The conditions for special post teachers to apply for a master's degree in on-the-job education must also meet the following requirements:

(1) has a full-time undergraduate degree in an ordinary university;

(2) Participate in the central special post plan and the local special post plan implemented with reference to the central special post plan, and continue to teach in local schools after the service expires;

(3) Special post teachers who have passed the annual assessment in the past three years and have at least one assessment.

Description of the conditions for special post teachers to apply for master's degree in in-service education:

(1) The above conditions must be met at the same time, otherwise the application cannot be made.

(2) The so-called full-time undergraduate education in ordinary colleges and universities refers to the students who take the entrance examination of ordinary colleges and universities in June every year and enroll in September every year, all of whom are full-time undergraduate education (including students who have been upgraded from junior college), regardless of ordinary colleges and universities, private colleges (with unified recruitment qualifications), art colleges and military academies. University degrees such as night university, TV university, self-taught examination and adult education (including correspondence, full-time and amateur) are not full-time university degrees.

(3) If the teaching school does not have an annual assessment form, the teaching school can issue an annual assessment certificate for the past three years.
