Which bus should I take from Liqiao, Longtun, Liuzhou to Daily Newspaper?

According to Baidu map, there are two modes of bus transfer from Liqiao, Longtun, Liuzhou to Daily News.

1. Walk 86 meters from Longli Bridge in Longtun, Liuzhou to the bus stop in Innovation Zone 2, take bus 14 to Wenhui Road West Station, change to bus 3 1 at the same station to Hudong Bridge East Station, and walk 500 meters to the daily newspaper.

2. Take bus 10 from Liqiao, Longtun, Liuzhou, and then transfer to bus 3 1 at the same station to Hudong Bridge East Station, and walk 500 meters to Rihua.
