The School of Information and Electrical Engineering held the 7th Navigation Lecture Hall and Outstanding Alumni Report, and hired three outstanding alumni as our innovation and entrepreneurship instructors. Song Tao, member of the Party Committee and vice president of the school, attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Dong, Party Secretary of School of Information and Electrical Engineering.
Song Tao first expressed his gratitude to his alma mater, and thanked the alumni who won glory and made contributions to his alma mater. He said that the school has always attached great importance to students' innovation and entrepreneurship, insisting on innovation leading entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship driving employment and improving students' comprehensive quality. Subsequently, Song Tao issued letters of appointment to Wei, the 96th alumnus of Jinan Architectural Design and Research Institute Engineering Consulting Company, the 99th alumnus of Shandong Design Branch of Fan Hua Group, the 2000 alumnus, and the general manager and party branch secretary of Intelligent Company of China Construction Eighth Bureau No.2 Company.
In the lecture session, three alumni, Zhao, Wei, shared their personal experiences, growth insights and successful experiences with the themes of "planning life", "managing life" and "struggling life" respectively, and put forward suggestions for students' growth from the perspectives of enterprises, society and seniors, advocating students to cherish their college time, establish the concept of lifelong learning, temper their strong psychological quality, actively plan their future path, stick to their dreams and work hard. Students have said that they will combine the sharing and suggestions of seniors, seriously think about and make a college career plan, set a four-year goal, integrate knowledge with practice, and put wings on their dreams.
